For Model and Fit Help

Please include:

• The model code and size printed inside the frame temple.
• A clear front photo of the complete frame.
• Clear photos of the markings inside both temples.
• A photo of the original lens shape, if available.

For an Existing Order

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For damaged, incorrect, or fit-related items, attach clear photos of the product, packaging, frame code, and the issue.

Returns and Warranty

Review our Return & Refund Policy before sending any item back. Contact us first for return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed.

Payment Security

Never send a full card number, security code, account password, or other sensitive payment credentials by email or through the contact form.
