This website is operated by HONG KONG CLOUDMAP CROSS-BORDER LIMITED, trading as FXL. By visiting fxllens.com or purchasing from FXL, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online Store Terms

2. Product Compatibility

FXL sells independently manufactured replacement lenses for specific eyewear frames. Third-party brand and model references identify intended compatibility only. Customers must check the exact model code, size, generation, and lens shape before ordering.

3. Products and Colors

Screen settings, lighting, coating angle, and production tolerances can make physical colors and finishes differ from online images. Availability, specifications, and prices can change without notice.

4. Orders

FXL may refuse, limit, or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, or unusual quantities. Applicable refunds will be issued when a paid order is cancelled.

5. Billing and Accounts

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and are responsible for account security.

6. Payments

Payment methods shown at checkout may vary by location and device. Payments are processed by Shopify and authorized providers. Banks may apply currency or transaction fees.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

The Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy form part of these Terms.

8. Installation and Use

Follow instructions for the specific frame. Stop if excessive force is required. FXL replacement lenses do not replace certified protective eyewear required by a workplace, sport, law, or safety standard.

9. Intellectual Property

FXL branding and original site content may not be commercially copied without permission. Third-party trademarks remain property of their owners.

10. User Content

By submitting reviews, photographs, or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant FXL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for store operation, support, and marketing, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not interfere with site security, upload malicious code, harvest personal information, infringe rights, submit false information, or use the service unlawfully or fraudulently.

12. Errors and Updates

FXL may correct inaccurate descriptions, pricing, availability, and other errors, and may update or cancel affected orders where legally permitted.

13. Disclaimer and Liability

Except for rights that cannot be excluded, the site is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HONG KONG CLOUDMAP CROSS-BORDER LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential losses. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
