Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

FXL replacement lenses are covered by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee and a one-year limited manufacturing warranty.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Eligible unused and uninstalled standard replacement lenses may be returned or exchanged within 60 days after delivery. Review the Return and Refund Policy for eligibility, shipping responsibilities, and claim steps.

Standard One-Year Limited Warranty

The warranty begins on the delivery date and covers verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. A verified manufacturing defect will normally receive a free equivalent replacement. If an equivalent replacement is unavailable, FXL will offer a refund or store credit, subject to applicable law.

Not Covered

  • Normal wear, scratches, or abrasion
  • Accidental damage, impact, loss, or theft
  • Incorrect installation or use with the wrong frame model
  • Improper storage, harsh chemicals, or incorrect cleaners
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • Damage caused by a worn, bent, cracked, or modified frame

How to Make a Claim

  1. Email support@fxllens.com with the order number.
  2. Describe the issue and when it first appeared.
  3. Attach clear photographs of the lens, frame, and affected area.
  4. Wait for review instructions before returning anything.

We normally acknowledge a complete claim within 1-2 business days.
